With over 12 years of experience in helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, Kat Robinson is a go-getter who has a genuine interest in her clients' goals. She is deliberate in meeting with clients to ensure they understand the process and does it with grace and skill that only a well-versed professional can provide. She is also heavily involved in leadership with the Houston Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. The depth of knowledge and network received through those roles help provide foresight and strategy for business and getting clients to the closing table. Kat has lived in different parts of Houston since 2009 and says she got here "as soon as she could," and "loves living in this great city." Living in and selling various parts of the city has given her the knowledge to understand the resources and lifestyle available from each niche that makes up the 4th largest city in America. That narrows searches based upon the lifestyle clients want to live when buying but also helps market properties when listing clients' property for sale. When she isn't working or volunteering with the associations, she is spoiling her 9-year-old son, riding horses, playing with her cat, or cooking.
