Meet Alicia
Alicia Jammer is genuinely enthusiastic about real estate, yet her passion surpasses the typical "closing excitement." Alicia's passion begins at the basics – exploring the property, learning the client's desires and behaviors, then empowering them by educating on every step of the real estate process.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Alicia bought, revitalized, and sold her own homes which peaked her interest and after moving to Texas, she decided it was time to help others. When she began her real estate career in 2014, Alicia accepted less of the agent role and more of an educator and advisor to each of her clients. With her insight and guidance, she empowers and educates her clients throughout the home buying/selling process. Her unique approach to real estate allows her to breakdown and analyze data, demonstrate her problem-solving skills, and help her clients find their dream home.
As a graduate of Cal State University - San Marcos, Alicia earned her Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. Alicia is also an active member of the community, taking on numerous leadership positions. She served as the Women’s Council of Realtors Fort Bend Network Secretary (2016), President-Elect (2017), and WCR President (2018). In 2019, Alicia transitioned to the Houston Association of Realtors Fort Bend Network Chair.
Alicia’s mission as a Real Estate Advisor is to ensure that her clients’ experience is seamless. Ms. Jammer is committed to her clients from beginning to end and prides herself on honesty, thorough communication, and determination. Her loyal clientele, personal referrals, and repeat business are the building blocks of her career.
When not serving her clients’ needs, Alicia supports her three children, Kaden, Kaleb, and & Kasen at their football, basketball, and track events. In her free time, Alicia enjoys working out, traveling to new places, and experiencing new restaurants in the Houston area.
